At VezĂ©r Family Vineyard we recognize and respect our customers’ privacy. We diligently protect the trust you have placed in us. We have developed a Privacy Policy to assure you that the information collected about you is only what is needed for conducting business and offering products and services that might be of interest to you.
Federal and California state law requires us to request identification from each consumer to prove that you are of age to legally purchase alcohol. To process an order, we need your name, home or other physical address, including street name and name of city or town, email address, telephone number, date of birth and credit card number. We understand the sensitivity of this information and maintain our files on a secured server to protect against unauthorized access.
In addition to obtaining personal information, we may collect tracking information for statistical purposes that is disclosed to third parties, This aggregate information is for statistical purposes only. It is for understanding consumer trends and does not contain any personal information about you.

In order to ensure your Club Membership is properly cancelled the following procedures must be strictly followed:
First, you must have fulfilled your minimum Club shipment requirements. Secondly you must send an email notification of your cancellation to club@vezerfamilyvineyard.com . Also within 15 days of your email notification you must send a certified letter with your original signature, along with your Club Card and any other member only items that are the property of Vezer Family Vineyard LLC and on loan to the member, to the following address:

Items such as club cards and member only jackets, rings etc. remain the property of VezerÕs and are only on loan to the member so long as he or she remains an active member in good standing, if these items are not returned within 15 days of cancelation you will be continued to be charged as a member, unless the member can prove the item was destroyed or lost, than the member will be charged a minimum of $75.00/ card and $375.00 per club member item such as Jacket, ring etc.
In order to ensure your Club Membership is properly cancelled, you must follow the entire procedure in this policy, otherwise your club membership will remain active with charges. Vezér Family Vineyard will not be liable for any verbal or improper cancellations that do not strictly follow the policy. No returns or refunds will be given on any Club Shipments where the cancellation policy has not been correctly followed.
We comply with the Federal laws in sending offer-driven emails. Those who wish to Opt-Out from receiving email offers will have action taken within 1-10 days of receipt of request to Opt-Out or unsubscribe at club@vezerfamilyvineyard.com. If you have multiple addresses you will need to Opt-Out for each address in order to be removed from our data base.
