This La Salette exhibits classic Suisun Valley varietal character, the best of what this beautiful valley has to offer. In the nose, one is first attracted to the ripe cherry, toasted oak, ripe plum and a hint of sweetness. The flavors are equally rich and attractive with great presence on the palate, wonderful balance on structure and a lively fruit finish.
"La Salette" in the language of our family means "never ending love" our mother. Like the teenage Portuguese bride that this wine is named after, the Petite Sirah is full of essence, just slightly softened by the warmth of our world famous Zinfandel which is part of the Vezér Family Estate To our Mother with love.
