Vezér Bottling Tour 2014
We all love the aroma and rich taste of the Vezér wine! Most of you pick up a bottle while visiting the Vezér Family Vineyard or Blue Victorian tasting room or maybe you’re a wine club member and get to enjoy a new bottle of wine every month. However, most of you have never seen the bottling production that takes place at the Blue Victorian. No worries wine lovers, below you can witness the behind the scenes event that takes place to bottle your oh so delicious wine! The process starts with a very large tractor-trailer as cases of empty bottles are loaded onto the back of the trailer, sent through the trailer via the automated bottling line only to re-emerge once again filled, corked, labeled and ready to go home with you. An impressive 7,000 cases of wine were bottled in just four days to include; 2013 Sauvignon Blanc, Verdelho, Arlene, Franci and 2011 Cabernet, Zinfandel and La Sallete to only name a few. Enjoy your tour from the comfort of your home and acquaint yourself with the world of boutique winery bottling! Enjoy the video compliments of Jim Horton.
